In this situation, the current warehouse the current warehouse can’t satisfy the upsurge need of warehouses. On one hand, the current warehouse planning can’t satisfy the goods storage for part of customers. On the other hand, the limited warehouses have restricted the further business. However, the vacant lands of the park haven’t been fully utilized. Because of the new urban planning by the government with difficult construction approval, the vacant land can’t be taken up by the permanent constructions. Meanwhile, the traditional construction costs a lot, so CMST has no willing to consume much on it.
